Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

About Shipping

We primarily use DHL eCommerce for shipping. This means DHL handles the first part of the delivery, and then transfers the parcel to a local carrier once it nears its final destination.

Please note that it usually takes about 3 business days to see the first scan of your parcel. In some cases, it may take up to 5 business days for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected or if the tracking shows it might be lost or delayed, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

International shipping


When ordering outside of Canada or the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Heritage Musical Spoons has no control over these charges, nor can Heritage Musical Spoons predict what they may be.
